The Game Launcher Creator editor is completely cross-platform compatible. You can use it on a range of devices. It is best used on a Desktop or Laptop, however you can also use it on a Tablet. Our Editor can be used on many devices but we highly recommend something with mouse and/or keyboard support.
Launchers created with our editor are compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. You will only be charged the prorated difference.
There are no limits to the number of users your launcher can support. Our infrastructure is built to scale with your user base.
You have lifetime access to the launchers you create as long as you have an active subscription, you can also continue to edit and update them.
Absolutely. You can distribute your launcher on your website, through marketplaces, bundle with your game or any other channel you choose.
Whilst we provide free storage for Gamer and Developer editions, you can very easily expand the size of your asset library by hosting your own assets on your own web server, Amazon bucket or by getting a Launcher Vault. A Launcher Vault is additional, premium FTP space we offer, where you can take out a plan with much more space and you can freely upload files in bulk. You can also rename, move and delete files with your favorite FTP application.
Fear not, we have a redundancy server in place. We have a dedicated server team who maintain and keep the servers secure and up to date. We also have server technicians available around-the-clock at the datacenter. After this, we have a redundancy server so should our main server go offline, it shouldn't affect your launchers.
Game Launcher Creator is a complete online service. As such, there is no offline mode or any way to edit your launchers without being online to access our editor. Likewise with your built launcher, your users/players will need an active internet connection to use the launcher.

Generally, as per our terms and conditions, refunds are not granted. This is a digital online subscription service.
